Payton is a black male with brown hair and blue eyes. He stands at 5’11” and weighs about 185 lbs. He has known affiliations in the state of Georgia and in Knox, Anderson, and Davidson counties.

Payton has several known addresses within the city of Oak Ridge. He currently has no registered vehicles in his name; however, he is known to drive other cars without a valid driver’s license.
