A man wanted on two counts of murder in Monroe County was apprehended Friday morning by Rockwood Police. 34-year-old Brian Saylor was observed in the Tarwater St. area Thursday night, but was able to elude officers by escaping into a wood line. Following a tip, police found Saylor in a home on South Kingston Ave. around 8 AM. A portion of the street, mainly the 500 block, was shut down during the incident.
