Cumberland County deputies recently responded to a campground off of Westel Road for a report of a wanted subject. According to the incident report, officers got into a foot pursuit with 26-year-old Anthony Shane Taylor who was able to elude deputies. A check of the vehicle Taylor was allegedly driving that was left at the scene allegedly revealed marijuana, scales and syringes containing meth. The vehicle was impounded and warrants were issued for Taylor’s arrest.
