A man who served a sentence for reckless homicide East Tennessee has been captured by Border Patrol Agents after having been deported. Federal Authorities say 26-year-old Genaro Galvan-Mora was taken into custody Wednesday near Nogales, Arizona. During a records check, they learned that Galvan-Mora was convicted in Loudon County in May 2016 and served a nine-month prison sentence. He was deported after that. Galvan-Mora is facing felony immigration charges for illegal entry into the U.S.
