Mary Ellen Coffey, age 54, of the Ozone community, formerly of Harriman, passed away Friday May 19, 2017. She is survived by her husband of 37 years: Stanley Coffey; son: David Coffey; daughters and a son-in-law: Debra and Rodney Poland and Felicia Hatfield; grandchildren: Lucas Poland, Kaytlynn Coffey, Mason and Shelby Hatfield; brother and sister-in-law: Charlie and Darlene Webb; and one very special cousin that was more like a sister: Charlotte Thomas. The family will receive friends Sunday May 21, 2017 from 5 to 7 PM at Big Emory Baptist Church. Funeral service will follow at 7 PM. Family and friends will meet Monday at noon at Mill Stone Cemetery for interment.
