A man declared missing yesterday in Rhea County has been located. Billy Joe Jordan, age 88, was found safe in Catoosa County, Georgia. Deputies initially said Jordan left to buy tomatoes on Dayton Mountain in the Summer City area and did not return. No other information was released by the sheriff’s office.
