The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Dept. says that a man that had been missing has been found safe. In a social media post, the Crossville/Cumberland County Emergency Management Agency stated that David Marshall was discovered Thursday night. Marshall, who has a history of strokes and has Alzheimer’s Disease, had last been seen between 7:30 and 9 AM that morning.
