NASHVILLE, Tenn.–A 30-year-old Nashville man has been arrested for aggravated statutory rape after police found 17-year-old girl in his apartment.  Police responded to the Overlook Apartments in Antioch on Tuesday following reports a man was having a sexual relationship with a teen. The arrest affidavit for Joseph Antonio Pozo Campos states police located the girl in the apartment where she had been living with Campos. Police also found her to be pregnant.
Campos spoke with police, admitting he “had been having sexual intercourse” with the teen for “four to five months and she is pregnant with his child.” Campos also admitted to knowing the girl was just seventeen years old.
