Four people were arrested after a special enforcement operation involving SWAT took place in Oak Ridge Friday morning. Police closed down the 300 block of Vermont Ave. around 6:30 AM and asked residents to stay indoors. A search warrant involving an investigation on drug activity was served at a residence at 306 Vermont where 23-year-old Joel Packard and 41-year-old Tiffany Packard were both taken into custody on narcotic charges. Jackson McGhee, 41, and James Brown, 27, were also arrested for outstanding warrants.
