The Roane County Grand Jury has decided to try a woman on rape charges. 29-year-old Jessica Elane Galyon of Sweetwater Rd. was taken into custody Thursday night in southern Roane County. She faces several serious charges including aggravated statutory rape, statutory rape by an authority figure and sexual battery by an authority figure. No further information was released.
