A Oliver Springs man was killed in a head-on collision last night  (Tuesday, October 31, 2017) in Anderson County. Officers say a 1992 Nissan driven by 33-year-old Brian E. Hooks was traveling at the 300^th block of Marlow Road when his vehicle crossed the center line and struck a 1993 Chevrolet Lumina driven by 26-year-old Ryan J. Maston of Clinton. Hooks lost his life in the accident and Maston was transported to the University of Tennessee Medical Center for treatment of injuries. Maston was listed in stable condition as of today (Wednesday, November 1, 2017). Officers say neither man was restrained at the time of the accident.
