Over this past weekend, deputies with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department went to Pine Grove Church of God of Prophecy on Lawson Road for a vandalism. The church cleaning staff discovered glass on an entry door busted and a rock on the ground near the door. Officers cleared the building and determined the one responsible for the act did not gain access to the church. Deputies noted over $1,000 in damage to the door.
