OVER $3,800 WORTH OF TOOLS STOLEN FROM CROSSVILLE HOME

On August 9, 2025, at 7:37 AM, Officer Steven McNeal spoke with a woman over the phone regarding a theft on Rose Street. She reported that a Troy-bilt weedeater, a backpack leaf blower, and a Troy-bilt riding mower, belonging to her friend, were stolen from her residence. The items were last seen on August 6, 2025, at 12:30 AM and discovered missing later that day at 6:00 AM.
The owner valued the stolen items at $3,857.27. At the time of the report, there were no known suspects or video evidence of the incident.
