A landmark in western Roane County is in need of upkeep. Officials say the lookout on Mount Roosevelt that overlooks all of Rockwood is in need of cleanup after vandals left tables spray painted. Items have been reported stolen from the site. To add to the problem, gun shots have been reported towards lights and equipment on the lookout.
