PEAVINE ROAD DRIVER FOUND WITH METH AND A LOADED AR-15
Yesterday, while on patrol on Peavine Road, Deputy Tashua Stone observed a small black car traveling 74 mph in a 45 mph zone.
While conducting a traffic stop, Deputy Stone made contact with the driver, identified as Hunter Tuttle, and while speaking with the driver the deputy noticed an AR15 in the back seat floorboard and confirmed with the driver that the gun was loaded.
After securing the weapon, the deputy saw the driver digging in his pockets. After getting the driver out of the vehicle, and patting him down, Stone found a pipe in his pants along with a small bag a crystal-like substance that the driver said was meth. The substance was weighed at around 0.47 grams, and later the glass pipe was photographed and destroyed.
