Athens, Tennessee police responded to Cook Park yesterday for a shooting. When they arrived, officers found the victim. He was taken to an area hospital and is expected to recover.

Witnesses told officers that the victim had been arguing with a 17-year-old boy. The teen left the area and came back with another man, who pulled a shotgun and shot the victim in the thigh.

The teen has been identified, but his name has not been released because he is a juvenile.

Police are working to find the other man.
