Local authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing man last seen in the area earlier this month.

According to officials, 42-year-old John P. Borchers (born Aug. 7, 1983) was last seen or heard from on July 12, 2026, on the south end of Crossville. Authorities noted that Borchers has experienced homelessness for an extended period and frequently moves around the area.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts or who may have seen him recently is urged to contact Crossville Cumberland County Crime Stoppers at (931) 200-1173.
