The Cumberland County School System will conduct kindergarten registration for the 2018-2019 school year on Monday May 7, 2018 from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. at each individual elementary school. Officials say a child entering kindergarten must be 5 years old before August 15, 2018. Parents should bring to the registration the child’s birth certificate, immunization record, proof of residency and the child’s Social Security card. Registration for pre-kindergarten will be Monday May 7, 2018 from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. at the community complex in Crossville. To be eligible for pre-kindergarten, a child must be 4 years old before August 15, 2018. Parents of children to be enrolled in pre-K should bring the child’s birth certificate, proof of income and the child’s Social Security card to the registration.
