Thursday, President Obama ordered Federal Aid to help state and local recovery efforts in the areas of Sevier County affected by wildfires from late November through early December. The President’s actions also makes federal funding available to affected individuals and families in Sevier County. Federal assistance includes grants for temporary housing and home repairs, low-cost loans to cover uninsured property losses and other programs to help individuals and business owners recover.
