A retirement reception for Cumberland County Mayor Kenneth Carey, Jr. will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. central time Thursday, August 9, 2018 at the Cumberland County Community Complex. All are welcomed to come join Mayor Carey to celebrate his retirement after serving over 30 years with Cumberland County.
