The City of Harriman and the Harriman Police Department is inviting the public to attend the grand re-opening of David Webb Riverfront Park from 1 to 3 p.m. eastern time Monday, February 19, 2018. The park recently had improvements done including a brand new playground for the children, a farmers market pavilion and a new dock. Riverfront Park is located along the Emory River at 301 Emory Drive in Harriman.
