Just after midnight early this morning (Wednesday, June 7, 2017), Rockwood police responded to the area of 402 North Chamberlin Avenue where a man allegedly was unsteady on his feet and pulling his pants down and performing lewd sexual actions. Officers say the person was identified as 28-year-old Jarad Paul Fisher of Rockwood. Fisher was charged with indecent exposure to a victim less that 13 years of age and public intoxication.
