A Rockwood police officer was arrested after a domestic situation yesterday afternoon. Authorities say 32-year-old David Blake Norman was charged with domestic assault. Norman has been with the Rockwood Police Department for the past five years. Officials say Norman was in the process of working out a two-week notice. Norman was processed at the Roane County jail.
