On Saturday, Deputy Nicholas Matheus spoke to a Rockwood man by phone at approximately 8:39 p.m. who stated his new twin bed mattress was stolen off of his front porch. The man said the mattress was stolen between the hours of 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm.

FedEx had dropped off the package and sent a photo of the package being delivered to his front porch, to prove it was successfully delivered. Deputy Matheus asked the victim if he had any cameras on his property, but he said he didn’t have any working cameras.

Currently, there are no known suspects.
