SECOND LAWSUIT FILED IN CONNECTION WITH FATAL CHATTANOOGA SCHOOL BUS WRECK
A second lawsuit has been filed in connection with the Chattanooga school bus accident that killed six students. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of the family of a 9-year-old child that was injured in the wreck and is filed against both Johnothy Walker and the private company he drove for, Durham School Services. It furthers states that the child suffered “serious psychological and emotional injuries” while being forced to lie in the bus while others were being rescued. The family is seeking damages for medical expenses, saying that the boy’s injuries are permanent and disfiguring.
