SHULL ARRESTED FOR AGGRAVATED BURGLARY

After having just been arrested last week by Crossville police for possession of drug paraphernalia, weapons charges and driving on a revoked license, Cumberland County deputies arrested 38-year-old Shelley Marie Shull Friday morning. It was her fifth arrest since January 10.

A Deep Draw Road homeowner called to report someone in his home without permission. Deputies found Shull in the kitchen of the home; her Dodge Charger was in the driveway, running, with the doors and the trunk open.

The homeowner said Shull – who had briefly stayed in a room above the detached garage until this past January – may still have had the combination to the electronic lock on the garage door. He further stated Shull does not live there and did not have his permission to be inside the home.

This time, Shull was charged with aggravated burglary and was held without bond pending a hearing this morning. The court appearance was already scheduled from her March 14 arrest for possession of meth, simple possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and felony possession of contraband in a penal institution (for attempting to conceal her meth pipe in a body cavity).
