Cumberland County authorities found a small taped parcel Sunday attached to the justice center lobby female bathroom toilet. The parcel was on the toilet seat bolt.

The officer peeled the tape away and observed two small plastic bags, one containing meth.

Officials say this is the third incident like this within the last month.

The other two cases involved drugs found in the male’s public restroom.

The discoveries came after visitation hours for inmates.

Minimum security trustee inmates clean these bathrooms daily.

The bathrooms are also inspected daily by officers.
