STATE NOT DECIDED ON PUNISHMENT FOR ALLEGED SCHOOL BUS GARAGE SHOOTER IF CONVICTED

District Attorney General Bryant Dunaway told 105.7 News the state has not decided yet on what course of punishment they are seeking for 74-year-old Warren Nostrom if he is found guilty in court. He is charged with the fatal shootings of Joy Nostrom and Mark Gunter at the Cumberland County school bus garage earlier this month. Nostrom is charged with two counts of first-degree murder. Each count carries a minimum of 51 years if he is convicted. Nostrom’s next court date is scheduled for October 18, 2018.
