STATEWIDE EBT CARD OUTAGE SCHEDULED FOR OVERNIGHT SATURDAY
A statewide outage for all benefits through EBT/Quest Cards is scheduled for overnight Saturday, according to the Tennessee Department of Human Services.
The department said the outage will begin at 11 p.m. Feb. 24 and run until 8 a.m. on Feb. 25. During that time the EBT card will not be available for purchase or at ATM’s.
No benefits will be lost by the system upgrade. EBT cards will be fully functional starting at 8:01 a.m. Feb. 25, according to the state. Anyone with concerns should call the EBT customer service number at 888-997-9444.
