The threat of scattered showers and thunder showers will be on the increase through Tuesday and then become likely Tuesday night and Wednesday with heavy rain possible. Tuesday will be the last day of the hot weather with a high in the mid-to-upper 80s and then upper 70s to near 80 on Wednesday and the remainder of the week. A tropical storm or hurricane could threaten Texas by the end of the week and that could bring us rain in the next week or so. a pretty unsettled pattern is shaping up for the next few weeks
