Monroe County Authorities have arrested a man who is accused of setting a fire on Gamble Rd. 50-year-old Charles Edward Martin of Madisonville is charged with setting fire to personal property or land, reckless burning and resisting arrest. Martin is the second person arrested on such a charge this week. Governor Bill Haslam ordered a regional burn ban for East Tennessee counties Monday evening.
