Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) in Crossville received a $7,000 donation from Tennessee Valley Authority and Volunteer Energy Cooperative for new welding equipment. TCAT is active with the county government by performing various projects from pulling network cable, to construction, and even being the keeper of the old courthouse clock which is near operational again.
