A travel advisory for motorists using Highway 127 in northern Cumberland County. A tractor-trailer overturned early this morning (Wednesday, November 14, 2018) near the Cumberland/Fentress County line. That has and will cause traffic delays in both directions. TDOT says the scene should be cleared by 4 p.m. this afternoon.
