Earlier this week, Cumberland County Deputies went to a Spruce Loop address to serve outstanding warrants to a subject. Upon their arrival, officers were informed that a man and woman fled from the rear of the homes into a wooded area. 37-year-old Paula Denise Rowell was taken into custody on Robin Hood Drive where she was charged with criminal impersonation and evading arrest. 39-year-old Fred Isaac Threet was tracked by a K-9 Officer and finally apprehended back on Spruce Loop. During the hunt, authorities found an orange bag containing two clear bags of meth, empty plastic bags with residue, a syringe and a snort straw. He was charged with manufacture/delivery/sale of drugs.
