TWO CHARGED IN CONNECTION TO SHOT FIRED IN LOCAL BAR
Two individuals are charged in connection with an altercation involving shots fired at a Crossville bar. Early Saturday morning, officers with the Crossville Police Department responded to a fight call at Bullfrogs Bar and Grill on Genesis Road. Upon arrival there were multiple subjects who had been involved in the altercation and had witnessed a firearm being discharged into the ceiling inside of the business. The suspect, identified as 42-year-old Jeremy A. Rockwell, and his wife, 40-year-old Nichol L. Rockwell, both of Crossville, were arrested in relation to the altercation. There were no injuries reported in relation to the discharge of the firearm. However there were several people who reported receiving minor injuries during the physical altercation. The investigation resulted in possession of a handgun while intoxicated, reckless endangerment and vandalism charges on Jeremy A. Rockwell, Sr. and a charge of tampering with evidence on Nichol L. Rockwell.
