Deputies in Cumberland County placed a charge of aggravated assault against two subjects in different cases. Officers responded to the 2200 block of Highway 127 South where 47-year-old Linda Marie Pickering was taken into custody after a physical altercation with another person. Deputies also arrested 33-year-old Michael Todd Carroll following an alleged attack of a woman in a vehicle on Main Street in Crab Orchard. Both were taken to the Cumberland County jail.
