TWO VEHICLE CRASH ON HWY 27 IN ROANE COUNTY INJURES ONE
Roane County law enforcement and medics responded Friday to a multi-vehicle accident on Highway 27 in front of Walmart.
A Nissan Altima driven by 23-year-old Starla Frost of Rockwood pulled out of the Walmart parking lot onto Highway 27. The accident report states Frost drove into the path of an oncoming vehicle operated by 33-year-old Joshua Wilson of Wartburg.
A passenger with Wilson was taken to Roane Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The accident report states Frost was charged with failure to yield, operating a vehicle without a license, failure to have vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration violation.
