VEC IDENTIFIES ISSUES WITH DELIVERY OF BILLS BY WAY OF THE POST OFFICE

Volunteer Energy Cooperative (VEC) says it has identified an issue with the delivery of postal service to the VEC Corporate Office which may impact the processing of your monthly electric payment.
Some members have reported that their mailed payment has been inadvertently returned to the sender.
The post office is aware of the issue and is working to remedy the problem.
If you have received a returned payment, please contact your local service center as soon as possible to ensure the payment will be credited to your account by the due date.
