  • July 2025 City Lake Road Burglary & Theft: According to affidavits of complaint, Deputy Michael Winebarger responded to a theft report at City Lake Road on July 23, 2025. Park security footage showed a female entering a locked gate and exiting with stolen items. Investigators identified the woman as Williams. A subsequent search warrant executed at her residence (Site 3 at 1437 City Lake Rd) led deputies to recover two fishing poles and a tackle box valued at roughly $400. Williams was charged with Burglary (Other Than Habitat) and Theft of Property (Up to $1,000).

  • December 2024 Walmart Shoplifting: Earlier court documents detail an incident on December 4, 2024, where Patrol Officer Shade Foster responded to the Crossville Walmart. Store loss-prevention officers observed Williams concealing a $17.97 can of stain in a large bag before bypassing all points of sale without paying. She was formally charged with Theft of Merchandise.
