Roane County authorities say a driver was grazed by a shot fired by an unknown subject in another vehicle early Halloween night. The victim was on Patti Gap Road in the extreme eastern part of the county when the incident took place and was later treated for non-life threatening injuries. During the investigation it was determined the shooting stemmed from a road rage incident that started in Loudon County. The ordeal is under investigation and more information will be released at a later time.
