It is going to be a partly cloudy and warm Halloween with temperatures 70 degrees or above but it will be Breezy and the clouds will be increasing in the afternoon. Becoming windy Halloween night with rain late at night and Rain likely on Thursday, a few thunderstorms could be thrown in. I will be keeping you updated during the day and the evening on the progress of the rain but it looks to hold off until after trick-or-treat activities in most areas. The weekend is looking dry with more showers and thunderstorms early next week.
