WARTBURG CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL EVACUATED FOLLOWING THREAT
Yesterday, police responded to Wartburg Central High School in Morgan County concerning a threat that was found written on a bathroom stall. Officers evacuated the school for safety concerns. The Knox County Sheriff’s Office responded to the school with a bomb detection K-9 to assist checking the school. The school was checked and found to be safe for all students to return to school today. The incident is under investigation.
