A woman who was serving a sentence in the White County Jail for a drug charge which also involved child abuse/neglect charges, is now facing charges of committing sexual battery against a fellow-inmate behind bars. The District Attorney General says that most of the details concerning the case cannot be released during the investigation, but 32-year-old Janell Latrice Frasier was served with the warrant while serving time for the previous charges. The victim of the case had been incarcerated for a minor offense.
