WOMAN ARRESTED ON CHARGES AFTER TRAFFIC STOP

A Cumberland County woman is facing charges following a traffic stop this past weekend. According to the arrest report released this morning, deputies received a report of a vehicle swerving on the roadway near Highway 70 East and Peavine Road. Officers stopped the driver, 41-year-old Vickie Adel Price of Crossville, minutes later after reportedly observing her cross over the center line three times within a minute. A check revealed her license suspended and an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court. A search allegedly revealed 11 small narcotics baggies. Price was charged with reckless driving, driving on a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
