A Loudon County woman escaped injury yesterday in a single-vehicle accident on I-40 in Cumberland County. Troopers say a Chevy Camaro driven by 46-year-old Shelley Rene Ryan of Greenback was traveling east at the 336 mile marker in heavy rain when she lost control, left the road and hit a cable barrier. Ryan was restrained at the time of impact.
