WOMAN SCHEDULED IN CUMBERLAND COURT ON MULTIPLE ASSAULT ON FIRST RESPONDER CHARGES

Deana Dee Revis is scheduled to appear in Cumberland County General Sessions Criminal Court on May 14, 2026, on multiple charges. She faces two counts of Assault on a First Responder and one count of Criminal Trespass. She is represented by the Public Defender.

The first assault charge stems from a July 7, 2025 incident at Cumberland Medical Center (CMC). According to the affidavit by Sgt. Keith Sadula, Revis became belligerent in the lobby, was taken for an EKG, and then struck a nurse (Christina Ritter) in the jaw with a closed fist and scratched her chest, leaving visible red marks.

The next day, Revis, who had been banned and discharged from CMC, refused to leave the property. She laid down in the parking lot, passively resisted officers by leaning and pushing back while being escorted to a patrol car, and then swung at Officer Farmer, striking him in the arm. She was arrested after this resistance.

A related criminal trespass charge from July 14, 2025, is also listed.
