Cumberland County Director of Schools Janet Graham told 1057 News yesterday work is moving forward well with the Cumberland County High School bathroom-renovation project. The floors are poured and work crews are replacing the fixtures. The terrazzo goes in next week. “They are making great progress,” Graham said. Meanwhile, with regard to the Crab Orchard Elementary School sewage situation, she said there has been no movement. Graham reported the school system is still waiting on a report from Tare, Inc., the civil-engineering firm engaged to study and evaluate the problem.
