WORKERS STARTING CENSUS IN CROSSVILLE
Special census workers will begin visiting homes in Crossville this weekend (November 4 and 5, 2017) and continue to do so into the winter. City officials believe that as many as 800 residents have moved into Crossville since the last census was conducted in 2014 and according to Vice Mayor J.H. Graham III, that could result in up to $100,000 a year in income for the general fund. Census workers visiting homes will have proper identification from the City of Crossville and a letter of authorization from the mayor.
