A Cumberland County man was injured in a single vehicle accident late this morning. Trooper Chris Bennett says a 2007 Mitsubishi Lancer driven by 29-year-old Jacob J. Kilby of Crossville was traveling on the 1900 block of Pigeon Ridge Road when the vehicle left the road in a curve and struck a tree. Kilby was transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries. The Tennessee Highway Patrol says charges are pending as a result of the accident.
