CROSSVILLE, TN- On Tuesday, June 14, deputies were called to Red Williams Road where a man was found dead from a gunshot to his chest in the front yard.  At the same residence, a woman, believed to be the man’s stepdaughter,  was found with a gunshot to her head and flown out to U.T. Medical Center where she later died. The identities of the two have not been released as of yet.

That investigation is ongoing but it is suspected to be a murder/suicide.
